Host A Party

Public vs. Private Events
Public Events:
These are events that are open to the public. They are typically held in public places (businesses, parks, restaurants, halls, etc) and attendees buy tickets to attend. The host is responsible for finding/booking the location and providing tables and chairs to paint at. Arts N Tails provides all art materials, plus table coverings. The host receives a percentage of the money from each ticket sold.

Private Events:
These are events that are not open to the public. They can be held at a private residence or a public location. A pre-determied number of guests will be set at the time of booking. (5 person minimum). A 10% non-refundable deposit is also due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
"Custom Pet Portrait Party":
Each participant sends us a picture of their pet(s) that they would like to paint and our artists makes each person a custom outline of their pet to paint at the party. Cost is $40 per painter/painting with a 5 painter minimum (maximum of 2 pets per painting)
"Themed Party":
You pick a theme and our artists will create 3-4 different outlines within that theme for your guests to choose from. (exp. barn animals, sea creatures, butterflies, dinosaurs, dogs and cats, etc.) Themed parties are $20 per painter/painting with a minimum of 5 painters
